Affordable Housing

We recognize the growing need for affordable housing in all neighborhoods. As part of our mission, we strive to meet affordable and inclusionary housing standards on 20% of all completed projects.

Community Groups

We recognize the value of community participation and actively seek to partner with townships, development groups and other stakeholders to eliminate blight and restore neighborhood vibrancy. The principals of Community Reinvestment Partners have supported our communities and have become an integral strategic resource in implementing their community development plan. We are sensitive to the challenges that groups face to fund their organizations. Consequently, part of our mission, our principals make donations to help fund our community partners.
